San Francisco Kitchen

This kitchen remodel in heart of Noe Valley, San Francisco epitomizes the feeling of contemporary farm fresh. This young couple wanted to take advantage of their vaulted ceilings and ample light to accentuate the openness of their kitchen and the casualness of their lifestyle with their children. So bright, shaker doors were the jumping off point. And they knew they wanted marble countertops (did you see that island?!!), knowing that they would etch… but they didn’t mind a little character over time. Add some contemporary matte glass tile for the backsplash and we’ve got a winner… not too fancy, not too informal. Just the right balance.
