Heather Hughes, Principal & Lead Designer

After a decade working in the international PR & Marketing arena, Heather decided to shift her focus to pursue one of her true passions: her love of interior design.  So, back to school she went. Today, with more than a decade working in the interior design industry, and a specialty in kitchen and bath design, Heather heads up Hadley House Interiors, addressing the needs  of her clients in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Heather’s positive, outgoing and can-do attitude gives clients a sense of trust, and colleagues a sense of support and teamwork.  Her approach to design is one of a collaborative effort.  Everyone has their own personal design styles.  Living by the attitude of less-is-more, Heather’s own style tends to be clean and contemporary.  However, she believes that a good designer should be able and willing to work with any design aesthetic.  “It is my clients who will live in the spaces, so the spaces should represent them.  I’m just there to guide them through the process”.

Heather graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.  She is a member of the American Society of Interior Design, and the National Kitchen and Bath Association, and has been awarded the “Best of Houzz” for the past four years and named a “Houzz Influencer” on the leading design website.

Tracy Gordon, Interior Design Stylist

Tracy has worked in the creative trades for over 15 years through styling and special events. Her talent for transforming each client’s personality into a unique style for their home or special event translates flawlessly into every space she works with at Hadley House Interiors; In fact creativity and individualized design are the tools she uses when decorating or restyling clients’ spaces. Tracy’s greatest satisfaction comes from experiencing a client express their joy in witnessing their vision transform into a stunning reality. In addition to offering her skillset as an Interior Design Stylist, Tracy, a native of Brooklyn, New York is a proud mother of 16-year-old twin boys and the owner or JLR Party Designs.

Natalia Nanino, Virtual Assistant Designer

Natalia is an Interior Architecture student in her last year at Instituto Toulouse Lautrec based in Lima, Peru . With a love of all things design, Natalia has a deep passion for exterior landscaping, especially terrace & patio design and hopes to follow that path as her specialty upon graduation. Natalia also has a keen interest in photography, and in her spare time, loves to study spaces and products through the lens. She currently works for Hadley House using her drafting skills in 2D and 3D renderings and providing design support where possible.
