Milbrae Living

In this multi-room remodel, the transformation was incredible. In the featured living room, we knocked out a wall, thus combining two small rooms into one and inserting a huge structural beam, which became something of a feature. We also replaced a window with large, folding doors to give total access to the deck for an indoor/outdoor feel. A new reading nook and custom live-edge shelves added to the multi-functioning aesthetic of this space. What were once two dark and not-often used spaces is now a large and open space for the whole family to enjoy. (Photos by Christopher Stark)
